In Barbados you can travel anywhere on the island for $2. Every local bus has loud music booming. The drivers clearly have some autonomy over installation of sound systems. Sometimes you get preached to by an evangelical but better are the booming reggae buses.
So I carved my pumpkin, got my bag of treats ready….but nothing. Not a single witch, wizard, ghost or ghoul knocked on the door…dang!
